Positive Affirmations

I've compiled a list of some of my favorite affirmations. Positive affirmations have been a huge part of my practice in my life and I've created many beautiful things by affirming and have changed a negative mindset to a positive one, but it does need to become a daily habit. If you're just starting out I recommend starting with just 1-5 affirmations to say daily. Something I really love to do and still do is I take post-it notes and add my affirmation to them and place them around my home. I also have my phone screen saver with one as well. There is no right or wrong way. Pick all the ones that fill you up and get affirming!
