Goddess Bastet ‘She who Protects’

Bastet was one of the several deities that held the title of the Eye of Ra. This signified her abilities as both a protector and an avenger. Bastet remains as one of the earliest attested Egyptian deities.

Bastet was the sacred cat goddess with great seductive power and energy. She was maternal and aggressive. Wild and domestic. Sweet and aggressive. Just like the Moon, Bastet has this dual energy that is all about what’s hidden and what’s right there in front of our eyes, like the dual dark side of the Moon and the most represented side.

 All candles are handed poured with natural soy wax. Each candle I create I make with love,  good vibes, and powerful intentions. 

 **When lighting your candle be sure to burn it all the way to the edges before blowing it out, especially your first burn. Your candle has a memory. The wax will only melt as far as it did the first time you burned the candle.
